Terms of service

These terms cover the use of Datatrop Socials (“the app”), an internal tool operated by Datatrop (“we”, “us”) for managing Datatrop’s social media accounts. By signing in, you agree to them.

Who can use the app

Access is by invitation only, for Datatrop’s team members and people we authorise. Your access can be changed or removed at any time by the team’s owners or admins.

Your account

• Keep your password and two-factor device to yourself.
• Tell the team’s owner straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You are responsible for actions taken with your account.

Acceptable use

When using the app you must not:

• post spam, or misleading, unlawful or infringing content;
• break the rules of any connected platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X and LinkedIn;
• try to access data or accounts you aren’t authorised for, or interfere with the app’s security or operation.

Social media platforms

The app works with third-party platforms, and your use of each one is also governed by its own terms. By using the app’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms can change or restrict their services at any time, which may affect what the app can do.

Content

Content published through the app belongs to Datatrop or its original owners. You confirm that you have the right to publish anything you post through the app.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the app running and secure, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Datatrop is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, or from changes or outages on connected platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
